WWD: How did you begin as a mixologist?

Fausto Gonzalez: I began as a barback in 2007 and made my manner as much as be a bartender after which mixologist.

WWD: Favourite traditional cocktail or signature cocktail model?

F.G.: I really like the Martinez, a margarita, and the Hemingway daiquiri.

WWD: The place did you discover inspiration for the Butterfly drinks?

F.G.: I truly discovered a number of inspiration within the lovely art work hanging on the wall on the Butterfly, and the names of the cocktails are names of various butterflies.
