6 tbsp Oil
Masala Paste of two Onions, 1 Tomato, 1 tsp Pink Chilli Powder & Coriander Leaves
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 tbsp Cashew Nuts
1 tbsp Biryani Masala
1 Bowl of Inexperienced Peas, Carrots, Cauliflower, French Beans (virtually cooked)
400 gms Rice
1/2 Cup Water
Fried Onions for garnishing
Juice of half a lemon
Salt to style
– In a pan warmth some oil.
– Add the masala paste and sauté effectively.
– Then add ginger garlic paste and cook dinner every thing until the uncooked odor goes off.
– Then add cashew nuts and biryani masala. Combine effectively.
– Add virtually cooked greens. Additionally add little water. Give a stir. Cowl it with a lid and let every thing cook dinner for 10 minutes.
– Add coriander leaves and salt to style. Combine effectively.
– Add the cooked rice and make a layer of it. Don’t press.
– Then add fried onions and lemon juice.
